all depends on each individual situation. I mentioned earlier that I also believe that there should be a time limit for the amount of time spent on welfare. I am not an expert to decide how long that period is, but our current welfare program enforced by Clinton seems to be moving in the right direction. Most of the misconceptions that people have about welfare are false, but of course there are exceptions to everything.
