The product service that I have chosen to do my research project on is the electric
car.
The first practical electric car was built by J. K. Stanley from
England, and Fred M. Kimball of Boston, Mass. in 1888. Then in
1896 they convinced the Woods Motor Vehicle Company of Chicago
to build them.
Mr. Kimball and Mr. Stanley borrowed extensively from their
friends and family. They were both positive that their electric car
would sell. So,

company accepted their offer and decided to build their car. In my
opinion Mr. Stanley and Mr. Kimball had the necessary
characteristics and resources needed to pull their venture off.
The electric car was a market-pulled innovation because people
saw the need for cleaner air. A market-pulled product is when the
entrepreneur identifies a problem and creates a product.
