…showed last 75 words of 1120 total…a phone call a few days later. My Grandmother had passed away. I drew my breath in, bit my lip and could feel the corners of my mouth curve downwards. I had finally experienced the loss that I saw in my mothers face so often while I hid my lack of compassion. My girlfriend walked over to me and hugged me. I couldn’t see her face.
