as well as education in many third world countries is improved by our government also. The United States as a whole helps many other countries and it is not getting as much in return. You see America investing in other places but not nearly as many investing in us. The United Sates of America should have listened more clearly to George Washington’s “Farewell Address” that happened just over 200 years ago in the September of 1796.
