What is a Canadian

The Canadian identity is truly unique among national identities. Canadians are black, white, brown or yellow skinned people. Our Immigration Act of 1978 opened the doors for high-skilled people from other countries to come to Canada making Canada a mosaic of languages, cultures and religions.
