        The events in the book, 'War In The Gulf', took place in the 1990s. The place was the Middle East, specifically, Iraq and Kuwait. Before the time of the Persian Gulf War, the Middle East was a place riddled with sensless violence. Holy Wars took place every couple of years. …showed last 75 words of 779 total…tends to go into a lot of detail and description which could bore some potential readers, so overall I would not recomment this book to the average high school student as it might be boring for those people who are not interested in facts and war history, like me. Although, for people who like to read about wars and the achievements of soldiers equipped with high-tech weapons of destruction, I would highly recommend this book.
