In conclusion, these factors and characteristics do not guarantee to motivate a serial killer. Many people have brain injuries that are non-violent. Many killers blame their families for their violent behavior. But that isn’t a good reason. As I have stated many times and supported my idea that many factors are involved in motivating a serial killer.
