Touched by the torment of her lovely sight,
I gaze into eyes blue and bright,
Swallowed in a mist of emotion,
What evil is this, what devilish potion,
Tangled in the finest of hair,
Mocked by a face so fair,
Blinded by her porcelain skin,
And tempted by unrelenting sin.
Such beauty brings but sorrow,
Struck deeply by Cupid's arrow,
Her delicate hands torture my mind,
Such unknowing cruelty from a woman so kind.
