…showed last 75 words of 1033 total…a wider temperature range and tested other enzymes such as amylase or lipase to see if these gave the same results.         The only difficulty I had during my experiment, was keeping the solutions to constant temperatures. No changes would be made to my method if I was to do it again. Using different enzymes in my investigation would make my conclusion certain because I would get an accurate average optimum temperature for each enzyme tested.
