In the novel "To Kill Mockingbird” by Harper Lee an important idea is that true courage is moral, not physical. Through characters such as Atticus and Mrs. Dubose and also through the lessons that Scout and Jem learn, I saw that courage is a very important idea in the book and that it is very applicable to society today.
