is neat, dresses well, and is a hairstylist, you cannot assume that he is a homosexual. The same goes for a construction worker with a ten gallon beer gut. He just might not be a heterosexual. You cannot make assumptions about people just by how they present themselves. To overcome stereotypes, or in this case the stereotype of the male hairdresser, you have to think and get to know the person in a deeper way.
