…showed last 75 words of 1141 total…everyone that it will be accomplished even if it meant his own life. “The Honorary Consul” is not just a book about a mistaken identity kidnapping or a political crisis, but also it went as far as to question the existence of God, the evil deeds of humans, and the deceit of love. So I think, it is this that made the book very well rounded and at the same time exciting for the reader.
