The Empty Self
I believe that the empty self refers to the lack of Spiritual growth in the lives of today’s Christians . The absence of this maturity leaves Christians stranded without the proper tools to influence and impact their world and culture for Jesus Christ. The empty self has four main characteristics of the empty self. Individualism: thinking about oneself without considering their role in the world around them. Self-centeredness: thinking only of oneself

I believe that it is possible for a Christian to avoid obtaining the empty self. First, we must put on the full armor of God (Romans 6:11) so as not to fall into temptation. Then we must stay grounded in what we believe, with our focus completely on God.
