needs to keep up with technology as far as “crime busting” is concerned. If you are online it is your responsibility to use it properly, nobody can force you too. Once law enforcement officials take this seriously everyone else will and that will make a big difference. Police departments need to be equipped with the necessary equipment to prove and prosecute cyber stalkers. With the proper laws and punishments cyber stalking would decrease.
