…showed last 75 words of 442 total…But to much were tuning in to TV and opening ourselfes up to swallow other peoples mindless thoughts and ideas. So- The next time you find yourself sitting on the couch watching pointless shows- Turn the dam thing off. Theres so much better stuff to do, and you really will feel good about yourself if you find the time to go hiking, or go to the beach, or whatever it is you like to do.
