Replacing Leadership With Stewardship

In order for stewardship to work it must instill the senses of ownership and responsibility at every level. Given the challenges of doing more with less and involving the customers, employees must chose to take ownership and accountability. Employees who don’t care, or only go through the motions, will defeat the purpose of stewardship.
