question is, “ Is it fair?” Is it fair for parents to look for alternatives means of educating their children if they are not happy with mainstream schools? Is it fair for those who can afford to pay more, to get a better education? And is it fair to make schools compete?
I have nothing against competition among schools as personally I find that it serves as a motivation for schools to strive to do better.
