Eager to get this under way Dan went to the mayor and proposed his new ideas. The mayor did not seem very impressed with the new solutions and did not agree to put them into effect. He thought the problem would fix itself. This was not what Don was looking for and he decided to get a hold of the “finance director” and planned meetings in order to go around the political aspect.
