It does not say one should be intelligent, good looking, or healthy. We take it for granted that the person is intelligent. I have included this document as part of my paper so that readers of this paper can understand exactly what this man was going through. Having to deal with the mental stress of being the President can be debilitating on its own, but now add the fact that he had this physical burden to carry along. I think this was a truly incredible accomplishment by a truly incredible man.
