Power Within It seemed like yesterday when my parents put me on a plane and shipped me to Minnesota, for my highly protested Outward Bound experience. Leading up to the fourteenth summer of my life, I guess you could say my actions were a little out of place, and misunderstood by my parents. …showed last 75 words of 497 total…day of canoeing we made it to home base. As we were pulling our gear up to shore we could see our guides paddling towards us. They had been on our tail the whole time. It’s been close to three years since the completion of my Outward-bound extravaganza. I don’t think I will ever see Dan, Jordan, Mike, Sara, Debra, or Pillar again, But I will never forget what they did for me.
