I awoke one cool spring morning to the smell of fresh flowers that were blooming open on my balcony with the morning sun. I stood in the doorway with the French doors open and soaked up the beautiful sights, sounds and smells of nature while I drank a hot cup of tea. When I finally returned home, I walked up the stairs to my porch and turned around just in time to see the sun drift below the horizon. I thought to my self how glad I was to have decided on take in a picnic today because all these things make for an unbelievable day. This is why I adore picnics, and can’t wait to go on another one.
