Parole
What is Parole?
Parole defined by the Columbia Encyclopedia is “the release from prison of a convict before the expiration of his term on condition that his activities be restricted and that he report regularly to an officer.” Which basically means that a convict must meet certain criteria’s before being let out on parole.

much more complex than the parole law in New Jersey. Connecticut’s Parole Board can only release a convict if “ 1) there is reasonable probability that the inmate will not violate the law and 2) the release is not incompatible with the welfare of society.” I personally don’t see much difference in the two laws. I don’t see how the Board’s will release a convict that pose’s any type of danger to society.
