Parable of the Cave
The Parable of the Cave by Plato is a very well written story. It has many well-structured arguments and thoughts throughout the story. My main focus is on the role of education and understanding and how it is a struggle at first, but after awhile it gets easier. How the prisoners were held within cave by lies and last, how appearances are deceiving.

the prisoner and the light analogy. Parable of the Cave shows us that we are held in society by lies and the only way to get passed them is to be guided by somebody or something else; just like the prisoners who did not want to believe that there was a true reality outside the cave. Finally, I must say I whole-heartedly agree with Plato’s views and positions in the Parable of the Cave.
