Despite all the negative symptoms of pre-menstrual syndrome, researchers have been capable of finding positive sides to PMS. This includes increased sexual drive, increased feelings of well-being, increased creativity as well as a burst of energy.
Though pre-menstrual syndrome affects a large proportion of the female population and the symptoms can affect women in their day-to-day lives, it is possible to treat PMS to make even the most severe symptoms, bearable.
