My Literacy
I became literate through many different means. There are three aspects of literacy: spoken language, reading, and written language. My journey to becoming literate started from birth. My grandmother was a school teacher so I had an "advantage" over the average baby.

in reading and writing, and use a more extensive vocabulary. The fifth and final stage is advanced which is everything I've learned from the intermediate stage to the present. I feel a person never really leaves the advanced stage of literacy until they die. You are always learning more and advancing as a speaker, reader, and a writer. The two things I would like to work on as a writer are my spelling and grammar.
