the importance of body in understanding the oppression of women because the body is the most easily recognizable difference between the sexes. I don’t think it is the only one, I believe that men and women are very different, but not unequal. I disagree with Beauvoir’s idea that women should abandon feminity. An androgynous human being would be impossible because of biologicals, as well as the need to identify one self with something.
