Subsequent to after the World War, Japan and the United States transformed into a better and efficient economy. Many other countries for instance- Britain, Germany, Russia, French desired to acquire loans. They also wanted to restructure their country due to all the terrible depression throughout the war. Efficiently, all these countries depended on the United States to provide them with loans.
