Stephen Biddle’s review essay “The New Way of War?” in the journal, Foreign Affairs, states the advantages and disadvantages of the present form of a new war, which would approve security issues. I support the idea of the new phase of war NATO used in Bosnia and also is using in Afghanistan against al Qaeda. We need to do something, and bombing military facilities in order to cause an impact is a great idea.
