Human suffering: “Musee des Beaux Arts”

Poetic techniques Both poets composed these poems with the poetic techniques. By means of sense devices the poets described the events clearly especially William Carlos William describing “The Fall of Icarus.” William portrayed the surrounding when Icarus was falling. It was in spring which everything was rebirth. Atmosphere should be beautiful. It should not have any diaster. Therefore, “Musee des Beaux Arts” dearly revealed the poet’s idea and theme that showed the indifference. Human gives more information and description through three events: the Census in Bethlehem, the Massacre of the innocents and the fall of Icarus. They show continuously feeling of heartlessness and lacking of synpathy in human society. They give the strong feeling to he reader.
