Motivational theory
I think that Unilever incorporate two motivational theories :
Maslows
Hertzberg
The reason I think that , is that both of theories are kind of alike and relate to each other a great deal.
Maslow talks about a regular salary & Hertzberg talks about a decent salary. At Unilever the starting salaries start at £22,000 (paid into 12 regular months), & can be higher with variances such as a Phd, Masters degree, relevant work experience, etc,
