Huck learned that morals could be based upon a common sense mind-set about everyday experience and religion. His experience with everyday attitudes like selfishness, ignorance and bigotry all helped shape his ultimate view of what was right and wrong. Ultimately, Huck based decisions on his gut feeling or the correct conscience thought and didn’t listen to society.
