This issue is important because the United States has to identify how much they are obligated to help the homeless people who aren’t always in their situations because of controllable circumstances. …showed last 75 words of 416 total…to argue that mass gatherings like the dignity village displayed here in Portland can’t be called assembly because that certainly is a right given o all American citizens when they’re following a legal life. When arguing about the validity of such gatherings like this one its hard not to look beyond the constitution and set laws, and that is a logical way to solve the problem, it might not be the most beneficial.
