Stopping by the woods on a snowy evening
Robert Frost is refereed to as modernist. This is another example of a modernism poem. He illustrates how life holds all its possibilities of terror as well as the beauty it holds. It has a sense of realistic ideas and settings.
The poem reflects the beautiful scenery in the background. It is also metaphorically interpreting the feelings of loneliness and depression. The woods represent people and society.
