In the book “Romeo and Juliet”, Friar Lawrence was a very unlucky person, but he had good intentions. Friar Lawrence was always trying to do the right thing and help Romeo or Juliet. In conclusion, Friar Lawrence is just a very unlucky guy, but he did have good intentions because he would never turn his back on a friend, because he married Romeo and Juliet, and because he was always uplifting their sprits. From these three reasons it is obvious to see that Friar Lawrence was truly a good person and there is no way that he could have been in it for himself.
