they try to take part in issues that are to the most benefit to what American citizens want.
All in all I think that during the time of Madison the system of governing was far more regulatory to the views of the country and not so much to the people that make up America. But, now in the 21st century it has changed in an acute perspective, still being that it hasn’t changed completely.
