This is Dr Jack Kevorkian , He is better known as Inmate #284797 in the Smi Correctional Facility, Michigan. In 1999 he was stripped of his medicine practicing license, arrested, trialed and convicted. He was sentenced to 7 years in jail. His charge: Euthanasia or Physician Assisted Suicide.
