Racism exists merely because of the persistent adherence to the social construction of categorizing people. The United States was and currently may still be a racist country and can well be proven by historical events in the American society. Racist laws, Supreme Court decisions, government policies, and techniques of enforcement well demonstrate the types of oppression, exploitation, exclusion, persecution, and collective degradation on the racial communities of Indians, Blacks, Asians and Mexicans.
