English: not the official language

“English should NOT be the official language in the United States” Why do people come to the United States of America? I believe its because this country has a lot to offer. One of those things is the freedom of speech. That is why English should not be made the official language in this country. Instead of violating people’s right to the freedom of speech we should encourage people to learn English at some point, while they can still practice speaking their native language. The United States is one of the very few countries in the world that does not have an official language and I think it should remain that way for now.
