as much as I agree with both sides, I have to say that the responsibility always points to one person. You. You are the only person who can change the sorry state our natural environment is in. by making simple changes in your everyday life, the ozone might slow down it’s depletion. Or global warming might be put off for a few hours. By simply carpooling to work everyday you can make a difference.
