Our group’s opinion of downsizing changed after dealing with this class project, indeed it has made us aware of the impact downsizing has on the company’s morale prior, during, and after the changes have been made to the organization’s structure. The corporate culture is usually victim of down sizing as often nothing is ever the same afterwards.
