as a violent motivator for some. Capital punishment leads to innocent people being killed by our own government. The system for which it is set up is discriminatory and unfair. Taxpayers need a more cost-effective and moral way of dealing with criminals. Finally, the death penalty is irrevocable, and morally corrupt form of justice. These arguments against it show that our county needs to change its system of justice and eliminate the death penalty permanently.
