Jem shows us by his ability to move on from a difficult situation at a difficult point in his life, and Arthur shows us by standing up for himself and doing what he knows is right even if it meant going against the grain. On a personal note, I feel that growth has been something that I have experienced from the struggles that I have traversed in my life.
