There are already some condom distribution programs in some high schools, but we need to promote this throughout the entire country. Most kids no longer believe in abstinence, no matter what adults or statistics say. Kids will have sex. If schools can successfully implement condom distribution policies, the number of teenagers having unprotected sex, a t a great risk with their health and futures will definitely drop.
