Both, “Enemy of the State” and 1984 are great peaces of work. You can see that the authors and directors put a lot of effort in to them. The author or 1984 is George Orwell. He is well known for his literature, especially Animal Farm which he wrote in 1945, and of course a great political novel 1984, which was published in 1949. Both stories are very exciting and thrilling. They both make us think about how life should be and what kind of things could be happening to us, but we prevented it. They clearly show the two types of government: capitalism and totalitarism. It shows that capitalism has a lot better living conditions and rules. And the major theme in both of the stories is scrutiny (surveillance).
