They had violated many agreements that they made with America. America was in great fear of the expansion of the Communist Party in parts of Europe and other areas of the world. The technology that was created in this period, the strategy that was developed, and great devotion to military importance of our nation will forever be changed by the Cold War. Most of all though, it is our nation’s hostility toward the ideas of any form of Communism, and even the word will always bring chills.
