The Boston Tea Party was one of the greatest rebellions in the United States history. The Townshend Revenue Act was installed in 1767 as a last resort to rise the revenue from the American colonies. This act was created by the British Parliament due to close of the Seven Years War. Great Britain’s Parliament passed the Coercive Acts in 1774 in order to reprimand the colonies for the Boston Tea Party. These acts only brought the colonies closer together in their strength of mind to gain independence from England.
