Bolsa Chica Fieldtrip

As we arrive at the Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve I notice that this day is particularly warm and sunny. In the distance a significant haze is visible, but there aren’t many clouds. …showed last 75 words of 786 total…the species however. With so many different little ecological niches it seems that Bolsa Chica has it all. The tides kept us from seeing much on the Outer Bay area. When we arrived the tide was at positive 2.57ft. and when we left it was at 1.81ft. above sea level. We saw fish, bacteria, snails, countless birds, plants, and we even saw Homo sapiens in the wild. There were many habitats and trophic levels represented.
