Banned Censorship is the supervision and control of the information and ideas that are circulated among the people within society. Censorship refers, in this situation to the examination of books in our school curriculum, for the purpose of altering, or suppressing parts thought to be objectionable, or offensive. This novel tells about the history of slavery and how it was dealt with and handled, in the time when “Adventures of Huckleberry Finn” was written. This is apart of history that can’t be changed, and yeah, sure, people will get offended, but they’re only human. You can’t change our history and make it sound like cherry pie, because some people can’t read a couple words.
