Aztecs were very versatile when it came to world of art. They were talented of quite a few different forms of art such as stone-working, pottery, feathers workers, and even scribes were considered artist. They would make beautiful art that served many purposes. Some of which include religious depiction’s, historical accounts, traditional markings, hobbyist reasons, and even buildings and those who built them were considered artisans. would draw the pictograms that would record important events that were going on at the time. First the scribe would sketch a rough outline, then they would add the details. The Aztecs would use vegetables, insects, shells, and minerals to create colors and oil could be added to make colors brighter. They would often pass this skill on to their children who would in turn recreate these pictograms in order for future generations to see.
