Dr. Martin Luther King Junior' s, "Letter from Birmingham Jail" is a widely read persuasive text. In his work King also cites several of the actions of Jesus Christ, and even refers to Jesus Christ as an extremist when defending his own position as an extremist. The quotes and examples that King gives in reference to his arguments strengthen his argument in a remarkable way.
